RESOLUTION NO. 3-72

Pursuant to Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of the State of Maryland, the Commissioners
of the Town of Berwyn Heights amend Section 24 of the Charter of the Town of
Berwyn Heights, Maryland in order to change the compensation of each
Commissioner shall receive to help defray expenses incidental to his or her duties
as Commissioner,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Section 24 of the Charter of the Town of
Berwyn Heights be amended to read:

"..... Each Commissioner elected shall receive the sum of $600.00 per year, ..."

Pursuant to Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of

of the Town of Berwyn Heights amend Section 29 (a) of the Charter of the Town
of Berwyn Heights, Maryland in order to change the date which the Town budget
shall be prepared and adopted each year,
