AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 13-327.6 (formerly Section 13-320.6) of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements, as added by Bill No. 44—70, and as
last amended by Bill No. 86-71), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning
Regulations", Article VIII, "Off-Street Parking",
to provide for the number of necessary parking
spaces for detached, semi-detached, duplex and
townhouse residential uses, and to correct a
technical error; and to repeal and re—enact, with
amendments, Section 13-342.8(1) (formerly Section
13-351.21H (1)) of said Code, Title and Subtitle
(as added by Bill No. 93—70, and as last amended
by Bill No. 86-71), Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", Heading, "Specific Standards",
Subheading, "Planned Unit Developments", to
correct a technical error.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
13-327.6 (formerly Section 13-320.6) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements, as
added by Bill No. 44-70, and as last amended by Bill
No. 86-71), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle
3, "Zoning Regulations", Article VIII, "Off-Street
Parking", be, and it hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13—327.6 — Schedule of Loading and Parking
Space Requirements

The base measures LISTED BELOW [set forth in
Subsections (b) through (f), inclusive, of this
Subsection,] are minimum requirements [. They]; THEY
may be increased, based upon site plan review, or
special exception approval. All parking and loading
requirements for uses not specifically listed shall be
the same as that required for the most similar
specified use.
