b.     Habitat conditions including the
availability of feed, resting
areas, loss of such areas and the
like.

c.    The source and effects of the
various factors which are
detrimental to waterfowl.

d.    The effect of commercial hunting
upon the use of the resource.

e.    The method of licensing of blinds
and hunters within the State

f.    The effects of crop depredation
and solutions thereto.

C. Following the studies as above outlined, the
Commission shall prepare a written report
which shall:

1.    Record all pertinent study data which is
of importance.

2.    Prepare a report which shall present
conclusions and recommendations as to a
program for waterfowl within the State
during the next ten year period and the
future. Such report shall be completed
on or before January 1, 1975, and sent
to the Governor, the Secretary of the
Department of Natural Resources, the
Speaker of the House of Delegates, and
the President of the Senate; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be sent by
the Secretary of State, to the Governor, and to the
Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources.
