AN ACT concerning

Election Code — Reports

FOR the purpose of requiring certain reports or
statements of contributions and expenditures to be
filed with the State Administrative Board of
Election Laws and the local board; requiring the
boards and the State Board to provide a receipt for
each report received, unless it was mailed to the
proper board.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 26-11(d) and (e)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 26-11 (d) and (e) of Article 33 -
Election Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 33 — Election Code

26-11.

(d) The chairmen and the treasurers of all other
committees shall file the report or statement of
contributions and expenditures, as prescribed in
accordance with § 26-12 of this article, at each of the
times and for the respective periods specified in
subsection (a) of this section. This report or statement
shall be filed with:

(1) The local board of the county or
Baltimore City at which a candidate supported or opposed
by a committee has filed his certificate of candidacy;
and

(2) The local board of the county or
