PRESCRIBED PURSUANT TO §26-12 OF THIS ARTICLE UNDER THE
CIRCUMSTANCES AND AT THE TIMES SPECIFIED IN THIS SECTION.
The reports shall be filed:

(1)    No later than [noon on the seventh day]
THE TUESDAY IMMEDIATELY preceding any election; and

(2)    No later than [noon on the thirtieth
day] THE THIRD TUESDAY after any election or prior to
taking office, whichever first occurs; and

(3)    If a cash balance exists or if any
unpaid bills or deficits remain to be paid as of the end
of the period for which the report or statement in
subsection (a) (2) above is filed, [sixty (60) days] ON
THE SEVENTH TUESDAY after the election; and

(4)    If a cash balance exists or if any
unpaid bills or deficits remain to be paid as of the end
of the period for which the report or statement in
subsection (a) (3) above is filed, six months after the
election; and

(5)    If a cash balance exists or if any
unpaid bills or deficits remain to be paid as of the end
of the period for which the report or statement in
subsection (a) (4) above is filed, one year after the
election; and

(6)    If a cash balance exists or if any
unpaid bills or deficits remain to be paid as of the end
of the period for which the report or statement in
subsection (a) (5) above or any subsequent report or
statement is filed, annually on the anniversary of the
election until no cash balance, unpaid bill, or deficit
remains.

(7)    IF A CASH BALANCE OR OUTSTANDING DEBTS
OR DEFICITS WERE REFLECTED ON THE LAST PRECEDING REPORT,
BUT HAVE ALL BEEN ELIMINATED BY THE DATE ON WHICH THE
NEXT REPORT IS DUE, THEN A REPORT CLEARLY MARKED AS
"FINAL" SHALL BE FILED ON OR BEFORE SUCH DATE SHOWING ALL
TRANSACTIONS SINCE THE LAST REPORT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1977.
