utilized to support a con-
tractual basis enforcement
of laws relating to road
tax- Authorization is
hereby granted to use such
payments as special funds
for operating expenses under
Program 35-06.03.01 trucking
enforcement.

MARYLAND STATE POLICE - JOHN F. KENNEDY MEMORIAL HIGHWAY

35.06.04.01 John F. Kennedy Memo-
rial Highway

Funds appropriated to the
Department of Transportation
- Maryland Transportation
Authority to support highway
safety will be used to
defray the cost of Maryland
State Police patrolling this
highway.
Authorization is hereby
granted to use such payments
from the Department of
Transportation as Reimburs-
able Funds for operating
