ize the purchase of a class of passenger vehicle which is in
excess of the standard specification.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the
intention that the appropriations contained in this bill for
the State Office Buildings in Annapolis and Baltimore are to
be supplemented by transfers from the budgets of the various
agencies and departments occupying the buildings for such
expenses as may not be adequately provided for within the
respective budgets for the operation and maintenance of
these buildings. The above transfers, if necessary, are to
be effected by the budget amendment.
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is the
intention of the General Assembly to include herein a list-
ing of unclassified flat rate and/or per diem positions by
agency, jot classification, the number in each job classifi-
cation and subject to modifications provided for in the
Annual Salary Review and the authorization provided in pro-
gram 26.01.04.02 - Salary Adjustments the amount proposed
for each classification in accordance with Article 15A,
Section 20 (c) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
The salaries included herein for the Attorney General,
State Comptroller of Maryland and State Treasurer of Mary-
land are annual rates for terms of office beginning during
fiscal year 1979 and are not subject to salary modifications
provided in program 26.01.04.02 - Salary Adjustments. Not-
withstanding any amounts included in this section, the sal-
aries of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall be as
provided in Article II, Section 21A of the Constitution of
Maryland.
