budget, the supplemental

appropriations__for Fiscal

Year 1978, to supplement the
appropriation for instruc-
tional equipment. This

equipment was recommended by
the Middle States Accredi-
tation Team in 1977. Due to
decreased enrollment during

the Spring 1977 semester,

funds were not available to
pay bills at the end of the
year and they were carried
forward to 1978.
