AMENDMENT NO. 1

On page 3 of the printed bill, under the heading of
"Payments of Revenue to Civil Divisions of the State" and in
the program entitled "State Grants to Subdivisions" delete
the wording in the appropriation language beginning in the
numbered line 124 — "the passage of legislation amending
Article 81, Section 12H of the 1975 Replacement Volume of
the Annotated Code" and substitute in lieu thereof the
following: "the enactment of S.B. 514 and/or H.B. 851".
