A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT Concerning

Fire Marshal

FOR the purpose of amending the existing Public Local
Law of Worcester County with regard to the Fire Marshal
providing for the appointment thereof by the County
Commissioners from a list of names submitted by the
Worcester County Fire Prevention Committee, removing the one
year term of office as presently provided, and removing the
limitation on the amount of levy to be made on account of
the Fire Marshal and his office by repealing and reenacting
Section 1—30 1 of the Public Safety Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County (formerly Section 149
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County.)

AN ACT concerning

Recodification, with amendments, of Worcester County
Dog Control Ordinance No. 13

FOR the purpose of recodifying, with amendments, of the
existing Worcester County Dog Control Ordinance, the same
being Ordinance No. 13, presently in force in Worcester
County; with amendments thereto for editorial purposes for
the sake of clarity and with the deletion therefrom of
Article III thereof entitled Damage to Livestock and Poultry
and with amendments thereto regarding the setting of fees
and the applicability of the ordinance.
