Services

In addition to the

appropriation shown on page

108 of the printed bill, to

provide for mental health

services in connection with
Charles E. Johnson, et al

vs. Edwin P. Goodlander, et

al a civil action in the

U.S. District Court. Upon

implementation of such

services, three psychologist
positions shall be

immediately abolished and

the funds may bo applied to
the contractual replacement
of their services.

35.02.04.04 Plant Operation and

Maintenance

To become available
immediately upon passage of
this budget to supplement
appropriation for Fiscal
Year 1980, to replace the
steam and condensate lines
from the Power Plant to the
Correctional Institution,
the State Use Industries
shops and the warehouse.
The condensate line, found
to be leaking in March 1979,
threatens to undermine and
cause a break in the steam
line, which would result in
a complete loss of steam to
the Institution.
