the rules and regulations of the commission and all
provisions of law relating to [said] THE district, including
taxes and other sums or charges levied by [said] THE
commission in other parts of [said] THE district.
19-41. Same — Olney election district.
(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918; All that area
in Montgomery County described as follows: All that area in
the Olney election district within the following described
boundaries: Beginning for the same at a point on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, [said] THAT point being 500 feet north of the
north side of the road leading from Prathertown through
Redland to Norbeck and the centerline of the road leading
from Redland to Mt. Zion, thence in a generally northerly
direction with the centerline of the [said] road leading
from Redland to Mt. Zion to a point at right angles to the
[said] road leading from Redland to Mt. Zion opposite the
end of the twenty-ninth or north 61° 56' 00" west, 677.40
foot line of a deed from Frederick C. Stelzer, et ux, to
Blanch P. Elliott, dated July 17, 1956 and recorded among
the land records of Montgomery County, Maryland in liber
2233 at folio 502, thence in a generally southeasterly
direction at right angles to [said] THE road leading from
Redland to Mt. Zion to the end of [said] THE twenty-ninth
deed line, thence in a generally easterly direction
reversely with and along the twenty-ninth, twenty-eighth,
twenty-seventh, twenty-sixth, twenty-fifth, twenty-fourth,
twenty-third, twenty-second, twenty-first and twentieth
lines of the aforesaid deed to a point on the first or north
55° 48* 10" east, 814.46 foot line of the second tract
described in a deed from John H. Burton, et ux, to Arnold L.
Perry, dated February 13, 1956 and recorded among the
aforesaid land records in liber 2172 at folio 113, thence in
a generally easterly direction with and along the first line
of the aforesaid deed from John H. Burton, et ux, to Arnold
L. Perry to the end of [said] THE first deed line, thence in
a generally northeasterly direction with and along the fifth
or north 52° east, 162 perch line of a deed from J. Windsor
Davis, et ux, to Harry H. Fraley, et ux, dated December 9,
1949 and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber
1329 at folio 358, to the end thereof, thence in a generally
southerly direction in a straight line to a point on the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, [said] THAT point being 500 feet west of the west
side of the Bowie Mill Road and 500 feet north of the north
side of the Bowie Mill Road where [said] THE road makes a
right angle bend, approximately 6000 feet north of the road
from Redland to Norbeck, thence in a generally southerly and
westerly direction with and along the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of
beginning.
