of the aforesaid deed recorded in liber 1438 at folio 314 to
the beginning of the third or north 88° east, 86 perch line
of a deed from Cornelia L. Bohren to Richard Barnhouse,
dated June 15, 1864 and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber EBP 1 at folio 254, thence in an easterly
direction with and along the third and fourth lines of the
aforesaid deed recorded in liber EBP 1 at folio 254, to the
existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District, thence in a southeasterly and southerly direction
with the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District and the rural water area to the point of
beginning.
(b) The jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to the
above-described rural water area and [said] THE area shall
be subject to all the rules and regulations of the
commission and all provisions of law relating to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District which are applicable
to the water system of the commission including taxes and
other sums or charges levied by [said] THE commission in
[said] THE sanitary district; provided, however, that the
commission shall not levy any ad valorem or front foot
benefit tax assessment or other charge within the
aforementioned rural water area until such time as the
construction of a water system shall be actually commenced,
or an existing water system shall be extended to such area
and available to the property within such area, and when
from time to time such a system is commenced or extended,
then the area or areas affected by such commencement or
extension shall be excluded from this provision.
19-56. Same — Same — Colesville-Ashton Road area.
(a) The area herein described be and it is hereby
added to and made a part of the rural water areas under the
jurisdiction of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
created by chapter 122 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1918, the area herein described being an addition to the
rural water area created by and described in subsection (1)
of section 1 of chapter 710 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1959.
All that area in the Colesville and Olney election
districts of Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the
following described boundaries:
(b) Beginning for the same at a point on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
rural water area, [said] THE point being 500 feet east of
the east side of the Colesville-Ashton Road and 1200 feet
south of the centerline of Cedar Lane, thence in a generally
easterly direction, south of, 1200 feet distant from, and
parallel to the centerline of Cedar Lane to intersect the
sixteenth or south 24° 31' 02" east, 873.53 foot line of
parcel C of a deed from Mary M. Thompson to Harry Malasky,
et ux, dated October 31, 1955 and recorded among the land
