BY JANUARY, 1987 1986 ON THE RESULTS OF THE PROGRAM FOR SPECIFIC
INFORMATION SIGNS.

[(d)] (E) Any person who removes, damages, or defaces any
sign, signal, or marker placed under this section is guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding
$100.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Water and Wastewater

FOR the purpose of requiring the State to have an allocation of
water and wastewater from the county where the building or
development is proposed whose facilities are affected by
proposed construction or to show certain evidence before a
State or local authority may issue the building permit or
subdivision plat; and requiring a county to respond within a
certain period to a State request for an allocation.
