3630                                             LAWS OF MARYLAND                                        Ch. 774

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Prince George's County Board
of License Commissioners to impose and enforce restrictions

upon individual licensees; specifying that these

restrictions and the regulations for the enforcement of
these restrictions be in writing and comply with certain
provisions of the United States and State Constitutions due
process provisions concerning notice and hearing; and
generally relating to the development of restrictions and of
regulations for the enforcement of restrictions against
individual licensees by the Board of License Commissioners
in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
72.

(a)  Licenses issued under provisions of this article shall
not be regarded as property or as conferring any property rights.
All such licenses shall be subject to suspension, restriction or
revocation, and to all rules and regulations that may be adopted
as herein provided.

(b)  (1) In Prince George's County licenses issued under
this article shall not be subject to writs of execution by a
judgment creditor of a licensee nor shall said licenses be
subject to a distraint for rent.

(2) (I) THE PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS MAY IMPOSE CONDITIONS RESTRICTIONS UPON INDIVIDUAL
LICENSES. LICENSEES TO ENABLE THE BOARD TO DISCHARGE THE DUTIES
IMPOSED UPON IT BY THIS ARTICLE IF:

(II) THE CONDITIONS:

1. NEED NOT BE UNIFORM; AND
