SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
initial members of the Board of Examiners of Professional
Counselors shall expire as follows:

(1)  2 members in 1988 1989;

(2)  2 members in 1987 1988; and

(3)  2 members in 1986 1987.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any provision
of this Act or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance is held invalid for any reason, the invalidity shall
not affect the other provisions or any other application of this
Act which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or
application, and to this end all the provisions of this Act are
declared to be severable.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985 July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning                                                                             

Procurement - Maryland Association of Workshops, Incorporated to
Coordinate Certain Distributions

FOR the purpose of requiring the Secretary of General Services to
designate designating requiring the Secretary of General
Services to designate the Maryland Association of Workshops,
Incorporated as the or another appropriate coordinating
entity to facilitate the distribution of certain supplies
and services among eligible sheltered workshops; correcting
certain references; and generally relating to the
procurement of supplies and services from sheltered
workshops.
