       Maryland Prince Georges County sc.t

       I hereby Certify that the Bearer hereof a
       Black woman by the name of Eliza aged
       about 20 years about five feet four inches
       High having two flesh moles one on each
       of her hands is a free woman and became
       entitled to live freedom by virtue of a Deed
       from Hezekiah Wheeler bearing date the
       thirtieth day of July Eighteen Hundred and
       five and duly acknowledged Executed and
       recorded in Prince Georges County Court

                         In testimony whereof I have hereunto
       (Seal)         set my hand and affixed
                         the seal of Prince Georges County
                         Court this 18.th day of Sept 1819
