       Maryland Prince Georges County to wit

            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
       a black man by the name of Jacob
       Williams about twenty five years old
       five feet four inches high having a
       scar nearly round about the size of an
       half dollar on the outside of his left
       leg a little above the ankle bone is a
       freeman being the descendant of Caty
       Williams a free woman

                Given under my hand & seal of office
