HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1591 CHAPTER 430 Employee Disclosure and Confidentiality Protection - Filing of Complaints FOR the purpose of requiring that complaints filed under the State employee disclosure and confidentiality protection law BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 64A - Merit System Annotated Code of Maryland (1983 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article 64A - Merit System. 12H. (b) An employee or applicant for employment may charge an the complaint in writing.
VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE SHALL BE FILED WITH THE SECRETARY SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 1, 1986. |
