AN ACT concerning

The Prince George's Taxicab Board

FOR the purpose of establishing a Prince George's County
Taxicab Board to assume responsibility for creating licensing
examinations, hearing appeals from decisions of the Director of
the Department of Environmental Resources in administering
ordinances and regulations governing the operation of taxicabs
and limousines in Prince George's County, and performing certain
other duties and responsibilities, and repealing the power of the
Board of Appeals to hear appeals in this area.
