(b) Each recipient of a general State scholarship who is
enrolled in a terminal certificate program as permitted in
Section 18-302(b)(1)(ii) OF THIS SUBTITLE may hold the
scholarship for 2 years if the same conditions of subsection (a)
of this section are met.

18-1103.

The Administration shall annually select a number of

alternate scholarship awards under this subtitle. In the event

the annual number of awards is not made, as provided in Section

18-1101 OF THIS SUBTITLE, the Administration may make an award

from the alternate list as necessary to assure that 300 awards
are made annually.
