It is the intent of the General
Assembly that the Department of
Licensing and Regulation submit a
plan for the phase-down of the
Division of Savings and Loan
Associations due to the need for
fewer personnel and an anticipated
smaller scope of operations after
June 30, 1989. The plan should be
submitted for the review of the
budget committees by September 1,
1989.
