reduce the appropriation for
fiscal year 1989 for highway user
revenues which are distributed to
local jurisdictions. The decrease
occurs because current estimates
of fiscal year 1989 highway user
revenues are below those which
were used in preparing the State
Highway Administration's fiscal
year 1989 budget.
