AN ACT concerning CHAPTER 638 Education - Employee Bonds FOR the. purpose of requiring certain persons to give bond to secure certain interests of BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Education 6-110. (a) This section does not apply to Baltimore City.
