SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 24 of Article 25 - County Commissioners of the Annotated
Code of Maryland be transferred to be Section 2-103 of Article 24 - Political Subdivisions
- Miscellaneous Provisions of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland read as
follows:
