AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    providing a definition of "Adult entertainment business"; and

-    permitting an adult entertainment business use by special exception.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

-    eliminate requirement for County Executive to participate directly in the
preparation of master plans;

-    eliminate County Executive authority to change Planning Board draft master
plan;
