Compensation Commission

Resolution

1994

NOTE: The Maryland Constitution, Article III, Section 15 provides for the compensation
of the General Assembly to be set every four years by a joint resolution submitted by the
General Assembly Compensation Commission. The provisions of the General Assembly
Compensation Commission Resolution dated January 1994 were read and ordered
journalized in the Senate of Maryland on January 25, 1994 and in the House of Delegates
on January 24, 1994. Since the General Assembly did not reduce or reject any item in the
Resolution, the Resolution shall take effect January 11, 1995.
