(3) review and comment on plans and reports related to the Patuxent River
and its watershed; AND
(4) SERVE AS THE TRIBUTARY STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION TEAM FOR
THE PATUXENT WATERSHED, IMPLEMENTING AND COORDINATING THE PATUXENT
TRIBUTARY STRATEGY WITH THE PLAN.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That of the initial members of
the Patuxent River Commission, members listed under § 5-814(a)(6) shall serve 2-year
terms, the county members and regional planning agency members shall serve 3-year
terms, and the remaining members shall serve 4-year terms.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning
Ethics Law - Code Revision
FOR the purpose of adding a new title to the State Government Article, designated as
Title 15 - Public Ethics, to restate and recodify the Maryland Public Ethics Law;
transferring certain provisions to the Session Laws; providing for the continuity of
certain terms of office; providing for the effect and construction of this Act; and
generally relating to the nonsubstantive revision of the Maryland Public Ethics Law.

Lobbying Disclosure"; 6-101 through 6-303, inclusive, and 6-401 through
6-501(a), inclusive, and the headings "Title 6. Local Government", "Subtitle
