AN ACT concerning

Tidal Fishing License— Gill Nets - Restricted Permit

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to issue a tidal
fish license permit to certain persons for using restricted gill nets for certain
purposes in certain waters under certain circumstances; setting a fee for the license
permit; requiring the Department to issue the license permit to certain persons
under certain circumstances; making certain provisions of this Act subject to a
certain contingency; providing for the effective date and termination of this. Act;
and generally relating to tidal fish licenses and restricted gill nets.
