AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Tasting Licenses Days)

FOR the purpose of altering the amount of time during which an alcoholic beverages
licensee in Harford County may conduct tasting events number of days during which
the Harford County Liquor Control Board may issue tasting or sampling licenses;
altering a fee, specifying the use of that time; and generally relating to alcoholic

beverages in Harford County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 8-407(c) and (f)
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

8-407.

(c) Each of the respective tasting or sampling licenses under this subsection
SECTION is effective for a maximum of [24] 52 days in any licensing period, WITH NO
MORE THAN 1 DAY IN ANY WEEK.

(f) The cost of the CWBT license for holders of a BWL license is [$250] $350 each
year in addition to the cost of the BWL license.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.
