FOR the purpose of requiring licensed tow truck drivers to acquire a certain amount
of damage insurance; and requiring licensees to provide proof of such insurance
to the Director.

Article 28, §§ 4-103(a)(12) and (13), 11-102.2(a), and 12-107(a)

System; establishing the Board of Trustees for the System and setting forth

the pension fund of the Retirement Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials
with the pension fund of the Employees' Retirement Plan; repealing the Defined
Contribution Plan for Appointed and Elected Officials; providing for the
disposition of credited service under certain retirement and pension plans under
