8-708. PAYMENTS BY COUNTY.
A COUNTY SHALL PAY FOR:

(1) LOCAL MONITORING OF A COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM, AND

(2) SUPERVISING PARTICIPANTS.

8-709. REPORTS.

(A) REPORT TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY.

A COUNTY SHALL REPORT TO THE ADMINISTERING UNIT AT THE TIMES AND IN
THE MANNER THAT THE ADMINISTERING UNIT DETERMINES.

(B) OTHER REPORTS.

THE ADMINISTRATOR OF EACH COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM SHALL
PREPARE SEPARATE REPORTS CONTAINING ANNUAL STATISTICAL DATA ON ALL
ADULTS AND JUVENILES IN THE PROGRAM AND SUBMIT:

(1) THE REPORT ON ADULTS TO THE DIVISION OF PAROLE AND
PROBATION;

(2) THE REPORT ON JUVENILES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE
JUSTICE; AND

(3) BOTH REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS.

In subsection (a) of this section, the reference to the administering "unit" is
substituted for the former reference to the administering "agency" for
consistency with terminology used throughout this article. See General
Revisor's Note to this article.

In subsection (b) of this section, the reference to "[t]he administrator of
each community service program" is substituted for the former reference to
"[l]ocally administered and State administered programs" to state
expressly that which was only implied in the former law, i.e., the program
administrator is responsible for preparing the reports described in this
subsection.

Also in subsection (b) of this section, the reference to preparing annual
statistical data on "all adults and juveniles in the program" and the
references to submitting the report "on adults" to the Division of Parole
