FROM OR GRANTS A SECURITY INTEREST FROM:
(1) THE UNITED STATES;
(2) THE STATE;
(3) AN AGENCY OF THE STATE; OR
(4) A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION IN THE STATE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2007.

AN ACT concerning
Health Occupations - Registered Nurses - Dispensing Methadone
FOR the purpose of authorizing certain nurses to dispense methadone in a certain
clinic licensed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in accordance
with certain regulations developed and adopted by the State Board of Nursing
and the State Board of Pharmacy; and generally relating to nurses dispensing
methadone.
