58 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Caleb aged twenty one years about five feet ten Inches high of a dark Complexion no perceptible mark is the same person manumitted by William Franklin by deed dated the twenty fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine, and that the said negro man named Caleb was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 1st day of July 1815 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Kitty Watkins aged about nineteen years about five feet three Inches and an half high of a brown Complexion with a small scar upon the fore finger of the right hand was born free, and that the said negro woman named Kitty Watkins was raised in the County aforesaid. Issued the 4.th day of July 1815. State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Thomas Fisher about twenty five years of age about five feet Eight and an half Inches high of a dark Complexion with a small scar above the right eye was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 18th day of July 1815 Vide old certe in fol 13 Cancelled |
