MDLandRec.net New Release Facts

Things to Know about the New Release:

  • Both new and current users will need to create a new account, as previous accounts will no longer be active and cannot be migrated.
  • Users can only be logged into one device at a time.
  • Users will have access to their purchased pages from MDLandRec.net for 30 days, after which the pages will need to be repurchased. However, pages downloaded locally within that 30 day period may be kept permanently.
  • Users are able to see an itemized list of their paid, pending, free, and expired documents on their account page.
  • Users may request a report of the number of pages they have viewed from December 2024 through March 2025 by contacting the Archives' Help Desk at msa.helpdesk@maryland.gov and providing the Help Desk with the email address(es) they use to log into MDLandRec.net.
  • The pricing model outlined on the Maryland Land Records Information page will continue to evolve as analysis of usage becomes available.
