MARYLAND HOME ENERGY LOAN PROGRAM
With funds from Maryland Energy Administration, this program began as a direct lending program in Fiscal Year 2011. Program was revamped in Fiscal Year 2012, when loans were offered by a private financing company, while the Center provided a loan loss reserve and interest-rate subsidy.

Ended August 31, 2017.

MARYLAND SAVES GREEN COMMUNITIES PROGRAM
Using Qualified Energy Conservation Bonds awarded to jurisdictions but not yet issued, this program was designed to help local governments finance renewable energy, energy efficiency, and alternative fuel vehicle and infrastructure projects.
