Report to Governor & General Assembly due Jan. 31, 2027 (Chapters 716 & 717, Acts of 2025).

In July 2025, the General Assembly authorized the Workgroup on the Creation of a Data Dashboard for Public Work Contracts and Apprentices (Chapters 716 & 717, Acts of 2025).

The Workgroup charge is to study the most efficient and cost-effective way to create a publicly available data dashboard that disaggregates information on public work contracts with the State.

Recommendations of the Workgroup are to note data dashboard location, costs, time needed to develop and implement, and frequency with which data can be updated.

Sixteen members constitute the Workgroup.

Authorization for the Workgroup ends January 31, 2027.
