Born in New Haven, Connecticut, 1931. Attended Hamden, Connecticut, public schools; Yale University, B.A., 1954; University of Connecticut School of Law, J.D., 1959. Served in U.S. Army Security Agency, Okinawa, Japan (Korean War). Retired tax and accounting professor, School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park. Member, Knights of Columbus; Sons of Italy; American Legion; Veterans of Foreign Wars. Widower; five children, four grandchildren. Died in Elkton, Maryland, May 23, 2022.
