BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS

The Board of License Commissioners regulates the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in Charles County (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 18-101 through 18-2802).

In Charles County, the Board's five members are appointed by the County Commissioners to four-year terms (Code Alcoholic Beverages Article, secs. 18-101 through 18-205).
