Born in Sabillasville, Maryland, 1950. Graduated Thurmont High School, Thurmont, Maryland. Served in U.S. Army, 1968-69; U.S. Army Reserve, 1970-74. Hood College, B.A. (criminal justice & accounting), 1991. Divisional Vice-President, Trust Division, Farmers and Mechanics (F&M) National Bank, 1969-89. Member, Francis Scott Key Post no. II, Frederick, Maryland, American Legion; Frederick County Republican Club. One son, two grandsons. Died in Hagerstown, Maryland, January 2, 2019.
