(agriculture); University of Maryland, M.A. (entomology). Farmer. County Extension Director, University of Maryland Cooperative Extension Service. President, Maryland Association of County Agricultural Agents, 1988. Member, Maryland Eastern Shore Resource Conservation and Development Council, 2006-26. Board of Directors, Chesapeake College Foundation. Recipient, Jefferson Award for Public Service. Married, four children. Died June 7, 2026.
