Born 1932. Attended Baltimore Polytechnic High School. Served in U.S. Army (Korea), 1950-53. University of Maryland, College Park, B.S., 1959; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1966. Member, Maryland Association of Judges of the Orphans' Court (former member, executive board). Widower; five children, ten grandchildren. Died June 2, 2015.
