& thirty five Pounds, five Shillings per Account passed by the
Auditor General,
That the said Treasurer Pay to Charles Lansdale Forty five
Pounds to be delivered over to William Beans as per Account
passed by the Aud. General,
That the said Treasurer Pay to Robert John Smith two
hundred & twenty five Pounds, twelve Shillings & six Pence
Amot of Accot passed by the A. Genl.
That the said Treasurer Pay to William Nevin seventy four
Pounds nineteen Shillings & one Penny due Nevin & Co per
Acct passed by the A. Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Eastman & Neth forty
Pounds Amt of Acct passed by the Aud. Genl.
Commission issued to Turbutt Wright, James Kent, James
Bordley, William Bruff, James O Bryan, Jacob Ringgold, John
Register Emery, Saml Ridgeway John Fisher, Charles Downes,
Clement Sewell, Thomas Carradine, John Dames Vinson
Benton Philemon Downes, Levin Downes Thomas Barnes
Junr & Richard Tilghman 4th appd Justices of the Peace for
Queen Annes County also James Kent, James Bordley, Willm
Bruff, James OBryan & Jacob Ringgold appointed Justices of
the Orphans Court for Queen Annes County
Ordered that Capt Matthews deliver to Capt. Coursey out
of the Johnson Galley what Rigging & Pig Iron he may want
for the Chester Galley
Lieut Cox, You are to proceed to Cambridge with the Balti-
more Galley and there deliver the Arms you have in under the
care of such Person as Robert Goldsborough Esquire shall
direct you, who is requested to write to the Lieuts of Dor-
chester and Caroline Counties the six Boxes marked D are
for Dorset and the five marked C for Caroline 150 Stand for
each County, You are to receive at Cambridge what Conti-
nental and State Goods are there and with them return to
Annapolis with all Dispatch none of the Goods must be taken
on board loose and if any of the Packages want repair it must
be done by those who have the Care of the Goods take every
precaution to prevent embezzlement.
