Read the second time the Bill entituled an Act to impower and
direct the Clerk of Prince Georges County to enter and record
amongst the Records of the said County a Deed of Bargain & Sale
from John Newell William Collyar and Thomas Bond to John Boyd
of a tract of Land therein mentioned passed and sent by Colo Lloyd
A Bill from the Lower House by Messrs Wootton and Ennalls
Entd an Act to divide Prince Georges County and to erect a new one
by the name of Frederick County thus Endorsed
