THE PRESIDENT: This amendment on the white copy

is page 7, line 40. I think it might save time if the

Chair would explain these amendments where explanation is

15

needed so in the absence of objection I will. If you have

16

questions they can be directed to the chairman of the

substantive committee or the chairman of the Committee on

18

Style.

This amendment is made necessary because the Chair

20

did not follow the suggestion made by Delegate Collins

during the debate made the other day. I misunderstood it.
