A careful reading of the first sentence led

to the conclusion that read literally it provided that

3

if a person were registered to vote in one county, he could

4

not vote in all counties. This obviously was not intended,

5

and the purpose of the amendment is to make it abundantly

6

clear that the person registered votes only in the county

7

in which he is registered.

The amendment appears in line 13 and 14 on

9

page 5 of the white copy.
