on Style, Drafting and Arrangement:

On page 5 Section 2.01. Voters in National, State

and County Elections, in line 24 after the word "vote"

add the words "in that county"; and in the same line strike

9

out the word "all"; and in lines 25 and 26 strike out these

10

words: "held in this State".

The sentence as it stands now provides that every

citizen who has astained the age of 19 and who has been a

resident of the State for six months and of the county

in which he offers to vote for three months next preceding
