HONORARY PRESIDENT TAWES: The resolution has

HONORARY PRESIDENT TAWES: We have just a few

more presentations to make, and then we will return the

8

distinguished President back to his rostrum.

One of our distinguished delegates has had

10

made and appropriately engraved by having an engraved plate

11

attached to the gavel, these gavels. These have been made

12

by a blind working craftsman who finds a haven in this

13

type of work as a lifelong interest. Nicholas Lalley has

14

made these gavels for the officers and the chairman of the

15

various committees of this Convention.
