One of our distinguished delegates has had

made and appropriately engraved by having an engraved plate
|
|

attached to the gavel, these gavels. These have been made
|
|

|
by a blind working craftsman who finds a haven in this
|
|
13
|
type of work as a lifelong interest. Nicholas Lalley has
|
|
14
|
made these gavels for the officers and the chairman of the
|
|
15
|
various committees of this Convention.
