Mr. Wells from the committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported without amendment the bill to pay certain members of the committee of Whys and Means for services rendered, in accordance with requirements of resolution 1865; Which was road the second time. Mr. Clarke, from the committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported without amendment the bill for the relief of Moses Rawlings; Which was read the second time, and by special order, the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
Said bill wag then returned to the House of Delegates. The bill entitled, an Act for the erection of a jail in Prince George's county; Was read the second time, and by special order the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
