the Philadelphia and Baltimore Central Railroad Company,

Being upon a second reading.

Mr, Neilsen proposed the following amendment:

And be it enacted, That section 1st of this Act shall be
void unless the said company shall build and complete the
railway as herein authorized,

Pending the consideration of which Mr. Neilson moved
that the House do now adjourn until to-morrow morning at
ten o'clock.

Mr. Buhrman moved to amend by adjourning until eleven
o'clock,
